For over 20 years, Timothy Powles helped people and companies celebrate the fabulous lifestyle. Born in Omaha and after living in Chicago for 12 years, Timothy found his perfect home city in Austin Texas. Timothy was chef of one of Chicago’s leading rooftop restaurants for 5 years, led the culinary team at Macy’s in Chicago, and taught hundreds of professionals and personal clients how to make their home and kitchen the perfect place for entertaining.

He now helps clients as one of the city’s most unique realtors and has closed properties ranging from $325k to $2 M. This chef turned realtor is ready to both help you find your perfect home and perhaps become the gardener and the home chef you’ve always wanted to become.

Adam Stanley

Realtor®

Adam Stanley is a technology and operations executive, people leader and public board director best known for building teams and driving change within industries and companies at inflection points. Adam served as CIO and Chief Digital Officer of commercial real estate giant Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 8 years before joining the non-profit Teach For America to help transform their education services.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Adam led technology for Aviva PLC in London and was the Global Chief Technology Officer of Aon. He spent nearly 10 years with Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations consulting practice.

Adam holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of GATX Corporation and Church Mutual Insurance.
