• Checkout time is at 11 a.m. Let us know at least two days in advance if you will need to stay later and we will do our best to accomodate.
• Please leave all the linens on the bed so that our cleaning staff can easily strip them and get them to the laundry for our next guests. Please take all used towels and any wet linens to the laundry room.
• Please be sure to turn off any other electrical devices like televisions, and unplug any small electric appliances like blenders, hair dryers, etc.
• Please take out all trash, compost and recycling from all bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms and place it in the bins outside of the house.
• Please remove and appropriately discard or take all the items from the fridge
• Please do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, placing them in the dishwasher when checking out.
• Take a final run through every room to ensure , and not accidentally taken any items from the home.
• Before locking up, ensure you have taken all personal belongings, taking one final walk around the house to ensure you did not forget anything and to note condition of the home.
• Make sure to close and lock all windows and doors properly and engage the alarm on leaving.
